Construction continues…

1st June 2011

In Autumn 2010, construction started of a 3 bedroom villa 30m from the white sand and crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Thailand on the idyllic island of Koh Samui.  The ground was blessed by the oldest and wisest man in the village before groundworks began.  Regular trips to site from Singapore assured us that the European-standard but Thai-style building was coming along very well.  Our slightly elevated site just back from the beach protected us from the floods of March 2011 that impacted on lower parts of the island and the roof was on by May.  We hope to be up and running by the second half of August 2011….
